Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are dedicated to delivering your order safely and efficiently. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Time

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). This is especially important for our customers in Canada.

5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing or incorrect destination information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at abdullamosa488@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging so we can assist you under our damaged items policy.
